Overview:

I designed these as a new logos for FARMesilla, a local business in Las Cruces, NM, focusing on farm to market goods. I wanted these logo designs to highlight FARMessila’s fresh produce and goods and their unique and local quality. I choose to design a thin line graphic for the logos that resemble a sketch to give it a slight handmade appearance to mirror the shop’s one of a kind local aspect and to contrast with the shop’s bold typeface. I created two logo variations, one with a horizontal orientation and a circular one. This is so the shop can use the horizontal one on a wide range size of products or labels from small to large, and I created the circular variation to be reminicent of their original circular logo and for larger items or items that don’t have a label design.
